Reach us directly

If you would rather not use the form, call or write during working hours. For the fastest useful reply, tell us the topic — energy, sleep, everyday eating, or a longer-term lifestyle question.

Working hours and where we are

Office hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Saturday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Saturday visits are arranged in advance, so message first if you would like to come in.

Our base

Plot 64516, Unit 3, Fairgrounds Office Park, Gaborone. We work with clients across Botswana by phone and online as well as in person.

Messages sent outside those hours are read on the next working day. If you send something on a Sunday evening, expect a reply from Monday onwards rather than the same night.

Send a message

Use this form for general questions, content feedback, or a nutrition consultation request. Tell us what you would like help with and a little about your situation — the more specific you are, the more useful our reply can be. One message is enough; we will get back to you.

What happens next

We aim to reply within two working days. Consultation requests sometimes take a little longer because we review them individually rather than sending a standard reply. If you have not heard back within a week, send a follow-up — occasionally messages do get filtered.

Consultations are educational and lifestyle-focused, not medical diagnosis or treatment. If your question is clinical, we will tell you plainly and point you toward appropriate care.

We use what you send only to reply to your enquiry, as set out in our privacy policy.

What we can and can not help with

We can help with

  • Balanced eating built around local food and a real weekly budget
  • Hydration habits that hold up through the Botswana heat
  • Fatigue patterns, afternoon slumps and daily energy routines
  • Sleep routines for warm nights and early starts
  • Longer-term lifestyle questions about eating well as you get older

We cannot help with

  • Diagnosing a condition or naming a disease
  • Interpreting blood tests, scans or other results
  • Advice on medication, dosage or supplements that replace treatment
  • Anything clinical, which belongs with your own doctor or a registered dietitian

If your question turns out to be clinical, we will say so in plain words and point you toward appropriate care rather than stretching our guidance to cover it.

Request a nutrition consultation

If you would like a one-to-one consultation, select that option in the form and describe your main goal, whether that is energy, sleep, diet quality, or longer-term health. A consultation is a working conversation about your weekly routine — what you eat, how you sleep, how much you move, and where the friction is.

Come with the honest version of your week rather than the tidy one. That is where useful changes actually start, and it saves you paying for advice that does not survive a real Monday morning.

Questions we are asked before writing in

Do you offer medical or clinical advice?
No. Our consultations are educational and lifestyle-focused. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or interpret medical tests. For clinical questions, see your doctor or a registered dietitian.
Is there a fee for a consultation?
We will confirm any details directly in our reply to your request, so you know exactly what is involved before you commit to anything. Nothing is charged or agreed at the moment you send the form.
Can I ask a question without booking a consultation?
Yes. General questions about our content or a specific topic are welcome through the same form. We answer what we can, and if a topic needs a longer conversation we will suggest a consultation rather than sending a short reply to a big question.
What happens to the details I send you?
We use what you send only to respond to your enquiry, as described in our privacy policy. We do not sell or share contact details, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your clear consent. You can ask us to delete your message and details at any time.
Do you work with people outside Gaborone?
Yes. Our base is in Gaborone, and we work with clients across Botswana by phone and online as well as in person. If you are outside the city, say so in your message and we will suggest the format that suits your question best.

Where to go next

If your question is already answered on a page, reading it first usually saves you a round trip. If it is not, the form above is the place to ask — and if you are not sure which topic fits, describe the situation in your own words and we will route it.

Before you write, a small note on how we help

We are a nutritionist practice, and most of what we do is practical: what goes on the plate this week, how to drink enough water when the day is hot, how to steady your energy through an afternoon, and how to sleep when the nights stay warm. That work is educational and lifestyle-focused by design.

The more context you give us, the less time we spend asking basic questions. Your usual meals, your working hours, what you have already tried, and what you would like to change are all useful. If you would rather read first, the guidance pages cover the same ground in more detail and you can come back with a sharper question.
